Your allowance counts the unique companies whose profiles the AI tool opens each month. Opening the same company again that month does not count again.

List Builder is billed when you start and is fully refundable within 7 days. Searches, matching and lists never use your allowance. When the allowance is used up, the AI tool shows a clear message and the allowance resets the next month. Accounts with both the AI integration and the data API share one allowance.

Your own PrivCo sign-in
Each person signs in on PrivCo's page with their own account and approves access. No API key is pasted into the AI tool.
Reads PrivCo, changes nothing
The tools look up PrivCo data and never change anything in your account. Revealing a contact's details uses a contact credit, so they are marked for the AI tool to confirm with you first.
Your prompts stay yours
PrivCo does not train models on your prompts. Your AI provider's settings control training; turn model-training options off in your AI tool if your policy requires it.

Account admins can have the AI integration turned off for any user. Email support@privco.com.

Frequently asked questions
How is the AI integration different from the PrivCo data API?
The AI integration lets you ask questions in Claude, ChatGPT or a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent and get answers built from PrivCo data, with no code. The data API is for developers who build PrivCo data into their own systems; it is available on the Power plan through our sales team. On accounts that have both, the AI integration and the API share one monthly allowance.
What counts as a company profile?
Your allowance counts the unique companies whose profile data the AI tool opens in a month. Searches, matching and lists do not use profiles, and opening the same company again in the same month does not count again.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
The AI tool receives a clear message that the month's allowance is used up, and the allowance resets the next month. List Builder includes 100 company profiles a month and Power includes 500, which can be adjusted. Contact us if you need more.
Which AI plan do I need?
Claude: any Claude plan can use connectors from the Claude Connectors Directory. ChatGPT: a paid ChatGPT plan; on Business and Enterprise your workspace admin must allow custom apps. Microsoft: a Copilot Studio licence, because PrivCo is added to agents built in Copilot Studio. Other AI tools that support remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in can use the same server address.
Is my data used to train AI models?
PrivCo does not train models on your prompts. Your AI provider's settings control whether your conversations are used for training, so turn off model-training options in your AI tool if your company policy requires it.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Each person connects with their own PrivCo login on a plan that includes the AI integration (List Builder or Power). On Claude Team and Enterprise, an owner adds PrivCo for the organization once and each member then connects their own account.
Can an admin turn the AI integration off for a user?
Yes. Ask PrivCo support at support@privco.com and we will turn it off for the users you name.
How accurate are the answers?
The data in the answers comes from PrivCo. AI tools can still make mistakes when they summarize or calculate, so check important figures on the PrivCo company profile before you rely on them.
