Established in 1966, SDMO Industries, SAS is a privately-held manufacturer of industrial generating sets. SDMO Industries was created by the Meunier Group and managed by Guy Coisnon, and was originally a manufacturing company that produced marine engines. Today, SDMO Industries is the largest manufacturing company of generating sets in Europe and the third largest worldwide. SDMO is headquartered in Brest, France and hold offices in Argentina, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Russia, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom and the United States.

Founded in 1966, SDMO Industries is the 3rd biggest player worldwide in the generating set market in 2012. Established in Brest, France, where it is still based, SDMO has three plants extending over more than 31,000 m² excluding logistics. SDMO engages in the design, conception, manufacture, and installation of generating sets and power plants, welding sets, water pumps, and lighting towers. It offers residential power generation sets, portable power generation sets, heavy duty equipment on rent, and power products. Its products are used in telecommunications, hospitals, military applications, data centers, and the supermarket industry. SAS operates as a subsidiary of Kohler Co.
Revenues
