PrimeRevenue, Inc. is a privately-held venture capital backed company offering supply chain finance solutions and open platform Supply Chain Finance (SCF) technology. PrimeRevenue, Inc. provides software-as-a-service technology (SCF); connecting buyers, suppliers, and financial institutions to a common network which provides real-time monitoring and tracking of accounts payable transactions and cash flows. As of year end 2010, PrimeRevenue has processed $78 billion and 32 million transactions.

PrimeRevenue was founded in 2003 by Robert Barnes and Frank William Hulse and was later incorporated in September 2004. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, PrimeRevenue, Inc. has offices in Salt Lake City, London, Paris, Prague, and Sydney. PrimeRevenue is a venture capital backed company receiving funding from firms such as Battery Ventures, RRE Ventures, MMV Financial, and River Capital with corporate backing from eRevenue, Inc.
