Over its 90 years in operation the company has evolved from a metal fabricator to a distributor of a wide range of ferrous and non ferrous metal products, as well as a one stop source for metal processing and manufacturing of complex components. It offers services such as forming, laser cutting, machining, plasma cutting, tube bending, and sawing. As of 2012 the company operates 80 facilities and offices in North America, Europe, and Asia.
