Café Rio is a fast casual restaurant chain operating in the Western United which serves a variety of Mexican style food. The restaurant chain focuses on offering cheaper alternatives to more expensive restaurants while offering customization and quality ingredients. All ingredients used by Café Rio are made from scratch daily and are combined to make a customer’s orders only after an order has been submitted. As of 2012 all locations are company owned.
