Series A Investment Involving Buddy Media, Inc. (September 2007)

Buddy Media, Inc. is a privately-held, venture capital backed company that provides a platform for companies to consolidate their advertising on social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter. (Please see Buddy Media product description in company narrative below.) Buddy Media added a European office in London in July 2011 and appointed Luca Benin as Managing Director of the office. Buddy Media first launched its Facebook page management system in March 2009 which later incorporated geo-targeting users based on location and language and wall moderation and management. The company has done work with Ford Motor Company, Hanes, ESPN, Hearst Corporation, and Virgin Mobile USA. Founded in 2007 by husband and wife Michael and Kass Lazerow, Buddy Media is headquartered in New York, New York.
