Boston Market Corporation is a chain of American fast-casual restaurants. It maintains relationships with a variety of suppliers of fresh vegetables, proteins, fruits, and other produce, paper and plastic products, spices and seasonings, small wares, equipment, furniture, fixtures and other items and services. Boston Market Corporation also offers online order coupons. It owns a 51.9% of stake in Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. (ENBC), an operator of specialty retail bagel stores. In 1995, Boston Market made an investment in ENBC, which was created through the combination of regional bagel retailers.
