Blurb allows its customers to access and publish their work through multiple mediums. The first is the award-winning book-publishing software, BookSmart, and PDF-to-Book workflow. It also has a marketing application called Bookify, which advertises the work of its users. In addition, Blurb offers a community-based bookmaking service that allows multple collaborators to contribute on a product together. Recently, Blurb has expanded into offering an iPad and iPhone app that allow clients to remotely upload pictures and works. The company has further expanded its operations into Europe when it opened a London office.
