Aravo Solutions, Inc. is a privately-held, venture capital backed information management software company. Aravo Solutions provides on-demand and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Supplier Information Management (SIM) platform. In short, Arayo allows companies to better manage their supplier information and supply chain by providing a consolidated platform for companies to compile and manage data about users, suppliers, and third parties. The company offers supplier information, risk, and performance management as well as compliance and credentials.

Arayo Solutions was founded in 2000 by Tim Albinson and later launched in 2003 amidst the aftermath of the dot com bubble. Tim Albinson previously worked at Goldman Sachs as an investment banker and through his network of people was able to fund the company exclusively through individuals and angel investors. The company's first corporate investor, Cisco, entered in the company's series D funding (See PrivCo VC/Funding Activity Table for more information). Headquartered in San Francisco, California, Arayo Solutions, Inc. has sales offices in Chicago and Dallas as well as development centers in Portland, Ahmedabad, India and Kiev, Ukraine.
