Founded in 1996, Amity Technology, LLC is a privately-held manufacturer of agricultural equipment. The family-owned firm is a known leader in sugar beet equipment manufacturing as well as air seeding equipment, potato equipment, crop management equipment manufacturing. Amity Technology has two subsidiaries. These include Wil-Rich and Concord Environmental Equipment (CEE). Amity was founded by Brian and Howard Dahl, two brothers who grew up helping their father manage Steiger Tractors. Amity Technology, like Steiger, has used global expansion to power its growth. Amity Technology, LLC is headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota.

Amity Technology is the product of the remaining assets following the sale of Concord, Inc., an air seeding equipment manufacturer, to Case Corporation. Successful leaders of Concord, the Dahl brothers decided to use these remaining assets to found Amity Technologies, which quickly became the market leader for sugar beet harvseting equipment.
Eastern European and International Presence
Amity Technology has maintained a strong presence in Eastern Europe since its founding. This presence includes contracts in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine, as well as China and Australia.
AGCO and Further Expansion
In March of 2011, Amity Technology management was excited to announce their 50-50 partnership with AGCO, whose offices include HQs in Switzerland and Brazil.
