Americold Realty Trust is a privately-held company that through its wholly owned subsidiary- Americold Logistics offers temprature-controlled warehousing and logistics to the food industry. As of 2011, Americold owns and operates over 182 temprature-controlled warehouses in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, China, Argentina and Canada.
